Propaganda relating to our unconscious desires is further aided by illustration, visually communicating ideals. showing us examples of how our lives COULD be. forcing us to continually compare the reality of our own lives to the lives that we see in adverts surrounding us. illustration can be drawn or photographic either way we are force fed images of how we could better ourselves. hotter
wife, better car, better body, nicer house etc...
We are in a time where we are comparing ourselves to unrealistic goals, unachievable lifestyles glamorised by Photoshopped models, exploiting our deepest insecurities.
