another political cartoonist is was excited to discover was Gerald Scarfe. he creates satirical illustrations for the observer newspaper. his work is very gestural and free but which strong compositional consideration which i like; because of his quick drawing style he works on a big scale. His work is often indecent and sexual which i find hilarious; he says draws attention to his drawings as everyone is interested in sex. his ideas are strong as well as the beauty and craftsmanship in his images.
